The 'hole' is greater than the sum of its parts: How conducting home visits during a pandemic revealed gaps in an educational system

Covid-19 turned the world upside down. What started as an impossible situation turned into a problem with new possibilities. Individuals, families, communities, and states worked tirelessly to restore balance to overworked systems. Using semi-structured interviews with teachers and administrators, this high school social worker set out to examine how COVID-19 challenged staff to rethink current educational practices like home visits.
